For HBCUs & Faculty

Partner Institutions

The HBCU Oratorical Challenge partners with faculty and academic leaders to strengthen communication programs and expand student opportunity nationwide. Nominate a student, bring the program to your campus, or request the Faculty Guide.

Ways to Partner

Three Ways Your Institution Can Engage

Nominate a Student

Recommend exceptional communicators for the competition pathway and the HBCU Speaks Program. Faculty-nominated scholars receive an accelerated pathway and enhanced mentorship.

Become a Partner Institution

Bring the program to your campus. Partners recruit students and help with scheduling — we provide the instruction, technology, and coordination. Institutions can also sponsor blocks of Scholars Track seats for their students.

Request the Faculty Guide

A resource for academic partners — how the competition pathway and the HBCU Speaks Program work, what nomination involves, and how your department can participate. We'll email it to you directly.

Start the Conversation

Tell us about your institution and how you'd like to engage — we'll follow up promptly.
